TED Chimamanda Adichie

Our lives, our cultures, are composed of many overlapping stories. Novelist Chimamanda Adichie tells the story of how she found her authentic cultural voice — and warns that if we hear only a single story about another person or country, we risk a critical misunderstanding. Inspired by Nigerian history and tragedies all but forgotten by recent generations of westerners, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s novels and stories are jewels in the crown of diasporan literature.

In some ways it depends on where we define the issue.

If we define the issue as her personal experience, then she goes throughout the levels of learning loops as defined here: following Agyris http://www.thorsten.org/wiki/index.php?title=Triple_Loop_Learning
    and Senge
As in she questions the framework of thinking and assumptions of society and how and what mechanisms are in place to create systems of thought that make folks think a certain way and act a certain way
