Exercise One

During the first week, you do exercise One, and then you incorporate the other exercises.

Exercise 1

• At home and at work (to the extend possible), set your watch alarm or cell phone to go off every 60 minutes. When you do this, take 30 seconds to notice how you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically at the moment the alarm went off (including any irritation that you may experience as the alarm went off!).
