Exercise 1

  • At home and at work (to the extend possible), set your watch alarm or cell phone to go off every 60 minutes. When you do this, take 30 seconds to notice how you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically at the moment the alarm went off (including any irritation that you may experience as the alarm went off!).
  • En el trabajo o en la casa (cuando sea possible), pones la alarma de tu reloj o cellular para que suene o vibre cada 60 minutos. Cuando la larma suene, toma 30 segundos par aver como te sientes emocionalmente, mentalmente, y fisicamente en ese momento (incluyendo si es que te sientes molesto por la interrupcion de la alarma).
