  • Check in with yourself daily at each mealtime and bedtime to identify the moment that was the most satisfying to you since the last check-in, and pause to articulate to yourself what made it most satisfying. In the same way, identify the moment that was the least satisfying to you since the last check-in, and what made it so. Recall if you were aware of these reactions as the moments actually occurred.

 

  • Todos los dias cuando vayas a comer o ir a dormer, fijate cual fue el momento mas satisfactorio desde la ultima vez que sono la alarma. Détente y dicelo a ti mismo porque fue un momento satisfactorio y tambien cual fue el momento mas desagradable en el dia y porque. Fijate si tu estabas conciente de estas reacciones en el momento que te ocurrieron.
